So I set out to go from couch to 5K in 3 weeks and I accomplished my goal. I hadn't planned on rushing the goal but decided that running my first 5K on my wedding anniversary with my husband would be a great way to celebrate. It felt wonderful to be able to complete something I didn't think I'd be capable of. I've tried running here and there over the years but I never stuck to it. I hope to make more goals over the course of this summer and stick to them.
